Session Rates:

$120 per 55 minute session

$100 per 45 minute session

Insurance:

I am currently in network with First Choice Health and Premera. If I am not in network with your insurance company, I require payment at the time of sessions but can provide a superbill for you to submit sessions to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time to see what your out of network benefits are and the amount allowed for reimbursement.
